The resources within the Variable Data Print division – both staff and equipment – provide one of the largest high-volume print environments in South Africa. This environment enables us to successfully print millions of images over a 24-hour period at multiple sites through our internal hybrid business continuity system.
With over 30 years of experience, this division along with the IT division has provided a stable and secure printing facility for full variable data solutions, covering database management and meeting printing requirements for corporate and government institutions.
The VDP-Printing division has allowed Mailtronic to Further extend its printing capabilities and has ensured that, beyond conventional generic printing services offered within the Litho Printing division, the company is also able to successfully manage the unique variable data-printing requirements of its clients.

We can offer print flexibility through various substrate options in both coated and uncoated stocks within grammage ranges from 48gsm and NCR paper to over 350gsm.
We also offer variable data envelope personalization options and inline finishing options and multiple stationery input systems for non-standard statement and marketing printing options.
The company’s equipment suppliers maintain the stability of this production site with constant monitoring and daily technical support aimed at achieving maximum production up-time, allowing Mailtronic to meet all client service-level agreements and deadline-driven print work.
