Since its founding in 1991, Mailtronic has adopted a strategy consistent with the framework of the Department of Trade and industry for true broad-based BEE. Mailtronic recruits’ people from previously disadvantaged groups first.
Our shareholders are proud of the fact that we identified such practices as fundamental within our recruitment process and that this was done long before black economic empowerment was recognized as an important employment consideration within the South African workplace.
Mailtronic is a registered black empowerment company. The goal of the company’s management team is to maintain a minimum BEE status of 100% at all times.
The company’s core values and beliefs confirm that knowledge and hard work are key contributors to success. But without a full commitment to the Human Development Index and preferential procurement policies and the support of employment-equity structures, true growth in our company as well as our country will simply not take place.
