Envelope Manufacturing
This on-site plant makes Mailtronic the only mail-house with in-house envelope manufacturing capabilities. When partnering with Mailtronic’s Printing and Mail-Processing divisions, we are able to provide envelope manufacturing that is quick and cost effective and enables clients to successfully complete campaigns in both the statement and direct-marketing spaces without having to interact with multiple suppliers.
Given the company’s manufacturing and storage facilities, Mailtronic can accommodate bulk print orders at substantially discounted rates. The company can also carefully monitor these stock items within the mail shot irrespective of the mailing period.

Sizes Range from seed pockets to X-Ray envelopes including conventional mail-piece sizes such as DL(Maxi),C and B sizes
Full range of colours including CMYK and pantone printing – to meet the needs of clients requiring the incorporation of their corporate colours in design

The division can successfully meet all industry size standards in both non-window and window options, and its products are compliant with all posting requirements as per the mail regulations.
Envelopes can be designed within multiple format options including:
